Instructions for both Desktop and Web versions

Radimal is compatible with both IDEXX Pacs and Web Pacs.

Only the desktop PACS supports auto-send, which we recommend to save a step of having to send rads. Patients will then automatically go to your dashboard where you can 'Request' with one click.

IDEXX Desktop Pacs Setup

Add a New Server

  1. From the home window, click Settings (gear icon)

  2. From the left side of the System Settings window, click DICOM Services and then Remote Servers

  3. Click Add a New Server

  4. Enter the following exactly:

    • Server Name - Radimal

    • AE Title - RADIMAL

    • IP Address - 34.192.244.223

    • Port - 4242

  5. Click Save to close the window

  6. Send a patient case to 'Radimal' as a test

Configure Auto-Routing

  1. From the home window, click Settings (gear icon) again

  2. From the left side of the System Settings window, click DICOM Services and then Auto-Routing

  3. From the upper left, under Auto-Routing mode, select Automatic

  4. In the Remote Servers box, select Radimal

  5. Click Save and close the window

IDEXX Web Pacs Setup (does not support Auto Routing)

  1. From the home page, click Settings (gear icon) and then Sending Images

  2. Click Add Partner

  3. Enter 'Radimal' as the name, then select DICOM as the sharing method

  4. Enter the following exactly:

    • AE Title - RADIMAL

    • IP Address - 34.192.244.223

    • Port - 4242

  5. Click Commit (checkmark icon)

  6. Click Close

  7. Send a patient case to 'Radimal' as a test
