Uh oh! Well this is embarrassing.

There are a few reason why you might not have received your Radimal report -

  1. If you are brand new to Radimal, have you logged onto the website and scheduled your 15-minute setup appointment? If not, schedule it here 15 minute connectivity appointment.

  2. Check your spam folder - If you can’t find a report, this is a great place to start. If you see any reports in there from Radimal, click on each one and then click the button in your email program to move this and future messages to your inbox.

  3. Ask your hospital admin that set up the Radimal account. If you haven't added doctors to your account, all the reports will go to the main email account on file.

  4. Currently, Radimal reports on canine images only. You will not get a report for cats, equine, exotics, etc. If you mistakenly get a report for a non-canine species, please disregard the report as the Radimal test is species-specific and the results are not valid.

  5. If none of these helped, chat with us or send us an email [email protected] and we’ll find the report and send it to you right away!
