In order to send your images to Radimal, it is often doable by following these steps in your acquisition software. All acquisition software supports 'DICOM destinations' (sometimes called 'DICOM Servers') as a means to send acquired images to another location such as a PACS or digital storage system.

1) Add Radimal to your radiology machine as a new DICOM destination by going into your X-ray software or working with your X-ray support person to configure with the following information:

AE Title: Radimal

Host IP: 34.192.244.223

Port: 4242

Client AE Title: RADIMAL

2) If your software supports it, make sure auto-sending is enabled so that all future images are sent to Radimal without you having to send each one individually

3) Send a test case which will help finalize the connection between your x-ray machine and Radimal. Once your test case is received (usually takes just 1-5 minutes) you should see an update to your Radimal dashboard.

Troubleshooting - verify the connection- in the same window if you have a “verify” or “ping” button. Highlight the RADIMAL remote server and press “ping”. If the connection was not successful check the information you entered for typos.
