Occasionally, images may be uploaded under the wrong patient, which can happen due to various factors, such as system mismatches or technical glitches during the upload process. This is a normal part of working with large volumes of data.

The good news is that this issue can be easily corrected. Images can be reassigned to the correct patient.

Here's how you can do that:

Once you've noticed that you have uploaded images under the wrong patient, start by uploading a blank/glove image for the correct patient.

Important: Make sure every new study uploaded for a patient has the same patient ID. These unique IDs allow for tracking of images by a patient, ensuring that all studies over time are accurately linked to the same patient history.

Once uploaded. You can then move the images uploaded to the wrong patient by clicking the gray arrow beside the patient ID.

A pop-up will appear and will let you pick the name of the patient you want to reassign the images to.

After all this, you are ready to request a consultation on the images.

As always, feel free to reach out via chat if you have any questions!
