Start by clicking ‘Request’ to open the consultation form and get started!

You’ll then be taken to the form, where you can choose either a Radiologist or Internal Medicine consultation from the dropdown menu.

Patient information in every 'Request' form, is mostly filled out from your X-ray machine, but you can add or change it here.

Images can be selected or removed by clicking them. You also have the opportunity to Combine or Compare with images from other cases linked by the same Patient ID.

If you wish to reduce the number of images you want to send for consultation, you can do so here as well.

For detailed guidance about Combining or Comparing cases you can refer to this article.

It is always recommended that all of the history be included in this portion of the request form.

Report Notes to appear at the top of your final report.

Private Notes is where you can communicate with your specialist, it won’t appear on your final report. Ask questions, and make clarifications.

Indications come from the Initial Assessment and can be added or removed here. It’s a great way to let your specialist know what you’re suspicious about

You will see the final price after choosing either STANDARD or STAT timing.

You are now ready to submit! 🎉

If you missed adding important notes or need to edit patient details after submitting a consultation request, you can update it by clicking the three dots next to the request button and selecting “Edit Request.”

As always, feel free to reach out via chat if you have any questions!
