What to do if something looks wrong with Radimal

Written by Oliver Plunkett

If you notice something wrong with Radimal, please contact us right away. Examples include:

  • The service is down or unusually slow

  • Reports are missing or were sent to the wrong place

  • You can see patient data or studies that aren't yours

  • You suspect unauthorized access to your account or any other security issue

How to report it

  • Email [email protected] with "Incident" in the subject line, or

  • Use the chat in the bottom-right corner of your Radimal dashboard.

What to include

  • What happened and when you noticed it

  • The patient or study involved, if any

  • Who is affected (just you, your clinic, or others)

  • A screenshot of what you're seeing, if you can

We'll confirm that we received your report and keep you updated until it's resolved. Please never include passwords in your message or screenshots.
