Getting Started
What You'll Need Before Starting:
- PIMS Email Address - Found in your EzyVet email integration settings (this is the email EzyVet uses to receive and parse reports)
Setup Steps:
1. Navigate to Settings β Integrations in the Radimal platform
2. Click the "EzyVet" tab
3. Click the "+" button (or "Add First Configuration" if this is your first setup)
4. Enter your PIMS email address
5. Click "Save" to activate the integration
How Radimal Works
1. When requesting a consultation in Radimal, enter the PIMS reference number (case or accession number from your EzyVet system)
2. Upload images and submit the consultation request
3. Radiologist reviews images and creates the report
4. Once the report is finalized, Radimal automatically emails it to your configured PIMS email address
5. The email contains:
- Subject line: Your PIMS reference number (for automatic matching in EzyVet)
- Body: Radiologist's notes and findings
- Attachment: Full PDF radiology report
6. EzyVet automatically attaches the report to the correct patient record using the PIMS reference number
The PIMS reference number is your EzyVet case or accession number - you can choose which one to use. It must exactly match what's in your EzyVet system.
Managing Your Configuration
Edit Configuration - Click the three-dot menu β "Edit Configuration"
Delete Configuration - Remove integration
Troubleshooting
If reports are not appearing in EzyVet:
Verify PIMS email address is correct in Settings β Integrations β EzyVet
Confirm the PIMS reference number entered matches your EzyVet case/accession number exactly
Check your EzyVet email integration settings are active
Check spam/junk folders - the report email may have been filtered
Ensure EzyVet is configured to receive emails at this address
